Terms and Conditions

• You must be 18 or older to create an account yourself. A player under 18 may use Alt Fit only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf and is responsible for their use and payments.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Your name, age group and gender are used to place you in the right games and tournament categories.
• Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold or transferred.

Alt Fit membership is free. It gives you a membership ID and a membership QR code that you show at games, venues and partner vendors.

• Your QR code is personal. It refreshes every few minutes; do not share screenshots of it or let others use it.
• Deals, discounts and points at partner vendors are offered by those vendors and can change or end. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.
• A community you belong to, or a vendor, may refuse service if a membership is not active, belongs to someone else or is being misused.

Each community is run by its owner and co-hosts, who set prices, skill levels, capacity, house rules and whether a game is refundable. They approve members, decide backout requests and record cash payments. Tournament organisers set categories, entry fees, formats and schedules.

• Booking a paid game holds your seat for 15 minutes, or until the game starts if that is sooner. Paying within that time confirms the seat; an unpaid hold is released automatically.
• To drop out of a game you have booked, request a backout in the app. The community decides it. Backing out within 24 hours of the start, or not turning up, counts against your show-up record, which communities can use to limit bookings.
• A community may put your membership with it on hold until dues you owe are paid. While on hold you cannot book its games or enter its tournaments.
• Dues stay on your record with a community even if the game or tournament they came from is later deleted, until they are paid.
• Refunds and play credit follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Communities, venues and organisers are independent of Alt Fit. They are responsible for the games and events they run, the venues they use and the decisions they make about members.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. The amount you pay is shown before you confirm.
• Alt Fit collects payments for games, tournament entries and tickets, community dues and store orders on behalf of the community, organiser or vendor providing them.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay using cards, UPI, net banking or wallets. Alt Fit does not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
• Where a community accepts cash, the community records the payment in Alt Fit. Your dues screen shows every charge and payment with that community.
• A payment is complete only once it is confirmed. If money leaves your account but the booking or order is not confirmed, see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Alt Fit membership itself is free and never charges you automatically. A community, venue or vendor may offer a paid membership or a recurring fee (for example a monthly club fee) that you can pay by autopay through UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or an e-mandate. If you set one up:

• Before you approve it, you see the plan, the amount, how often you will be charged, the start date and the most that can be charged at once.
• You authorise Alt Fit and its payment partner Razorpay to charge that amount on each billing date until you cancel.
• You get a notice at least 24 hours before each charge, by SMS, email or in the app, as the Reserve Bank of India requires.
• Charges above ₹15,000 need your additional authentication each time, as RBI rules require.
• If a price goes up, we tell you before it applies. A charge above the limit you approved needs your fresh approval.
• You can cancel at any time in the app, through your UPI app or bank, or by writing to us. Cancelling before a billing date stops that charge and every later one.
• A period already paid for runs to its end. It is not refunded in part, unless the provider ends the membership early or you were charged in error or after cancelling.
• If a charge fails, it may be retried within the limits your bank allows, and the membership may pause until it is paid.

Products in vendor stores are sold by those vendors, who are responsible for the products, their description, quality and delivery. Alt Fit takes the order and the payment for them. Delivery, pickup, exchanges and returns follow our Shipping and Exchange Policy, and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

• Treat other players, hosts, venue staff and vendors with respect. Harassment, abuse, discrimination and threats are not allowed.
• Do not make fake bookings, misuse holds, share or copy membership QR codes, post false ratings or scores, or try to get around a hold or ban.
• Do not scrape, copy or resell data from Alt Fit, probe it for security weaknesses without permission, or interfere with how it works.
• Photos, ratings, scores and other content you add must be yours to share and lawful. You allow Alt Fit to show them within Alt Fit and on share cards and public game and tournament pages, for as long as they stay on Alt Fit.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Sport carries a risk of injury. Take part only if you are fit to, follow the venue's and community's safety rules, and use suitable equipment. You take part at your own risk. Venues and communities are responsible for the safety of their premises and events. Alt Fit is not responsible for injury, loss or damage at games, events or venues, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

We work to keep Alt Fit available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. Suggestions from AltFit AI and other automated features are guidance only, not professional advice. We may change, add or remove features. Online payments may be switched off for a time, in which case you can pay at the venue where the community allows it.

To the extent the law allows, Alt Fit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of communities, organisers, venues, vendors or other players. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through Alt Fit for the booking, entry or order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

You can ask us to close your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Dues you owe to a community remain owed after your account is closed, and records of payments are kept as the law requires.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be heard by the courts at New Delhi, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Using Alt Fit after that means you accept the updated terms.
